1. WELCOME AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to Nakshatra School .
This manual contains information about the services available at the establishment and the basic rules for the proper use of the facilities during your stay.
Our goal is to promote a comfortable, safe and respectful stay, taking care of the facilities and facilitating good coexistence among the people staying there.
2. RECEPTION AND ATTENTION
24-hour service
Nakshatra School has a 24-hour service for guests.

Staff will be available to answer questions, address issues, and provide accommodation-related assistance.
In case of a serious emergency, you should contact 112 directly.
3. ENTRANCE, EXIT AND ACCESS
Entry — Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
Departure — Check-out until 11:00 a.m.
These schedules allow for the cleaning, maintenance and preparation of the rooms before the arrival of new guests.
Early entry or late departure may be authorized when circumstances permit.
For certain reservations, groups, retreats or activities, different schedules may be established, which will be communicated in advance.
During their stay, guests will have the necessary means to access the establishment and their accommodation.
The access means are for personal use and should not be provided to people outside the establishment.
The loss of keys, codes, or other means of access must be reported immediately.
4. ROOMS AND BEDROOMS
The rooms and bedrooms are intended exclusively for the people included in the reservation.
Each person must use the bed that has been assigned to them and respect the space and belongings of the other people staying there.
Beds and bunk beds
Beds and bunk beds are intended for rest.
Changing beds without authorization is not permitted.
Jumping, climbing, or any activity that could compromise the stability of the bunk beds is not allowed.
The beds or their equipment may not be disassembled, moved or modified.
Ticket Offices
Each guest will have an individual locker to store their personal belongings.
The lockers have a padlock locking system.
It is recommended to keep valuables inside the locker and close it when the room is vacated.
Living in shared dormitories
In shared bedrooms, special respect must be given to the rest and privacy of other people.
During rest periods, noise, loud conversations, and activities that may be disruptive are not permitted.
5. CLEANING AND BEDDING
The rooms and bedrooms have daily cleaning service.
Cleaning does not include the collection of personal belongings or the making of occupied beds.
The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared between guests.
Bed linen will be changed between the stays of different guests and when necessary during the stay.
Guests must report any issues related to the cleanliness or condition of the room.
6. BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS
Bathrooms and showers are for shared use, except for those designated for a specific use.
Responsible use of water must be made and the facilities must be kept in adequate hygienic and orderly conditions.
It is not permitted to throw objects or products into the toilet that may cause blockages.
Any breakdown, leak or incident must be reported to the establishment's staff.
Special attention must be paid to rest periods during the established hours.
7. LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND COMMON AREAS
The common areas are available to guests during the establishment's operating hours.
The living room and dining room are common areas.
After use, they should be put away and left in suitable condition for the next people.
The furniture and equipment must be used correctly.
Food and drinks may be consumed in the designated areas.
Rest, privacy, and coexistence with other guests must be respected.
8. KITCHEN
The establishment has a fully equipped kitchen to facilitate the preparation and preservation of food during your stay.
Equipment
Portable induction cooktop.
Portable ceramic hob.
Microwave oven.
Electric oven.
Refrigerator.
Sink and preparation area.
Utensils and kitchenware.
Dishwasher.
Portable plates are usually kept in storage and will be provided upon request.
For security reasons and due to its professional nature, certain equipment may be reserved for establishment staff.
The equipment must be used following the instructions provided and cooking appliances should never be left switched on unattended.
After using the kitchen, the utensils and surfaces used must be cleaned and put away.
Food must be stored properly and removed at the end of the stay.
9. INTERNET AND OTHER SERVICES
Wi-Fi
The establishment offers free Wi-Fi for guests.
Access details will be provided upon arrival.
The service is intended for lawful and responsible use.
Luggage storage
The establishment offers a luggage storage service for guests, both upon arrival and departure.
This service must be requested from the establishment's staff.
Tourist information
Information will be provided on tourist services and resources in Gines, Seville and its surroundings.
10. COEXISTENCE AND REST
In order to guarantee rest, a schedule of special respect for silence is established:
From 23:00 to 08:00 h.
During this period, loud conversations, music, devices with high sound levels, and any activity that may be disturbing should be avoided.
The facilities, furniture and equipment must be used appropriately.
It is not permitted to tamper with electrical, water, gas or other technical installations, or to access areas intended exclusively for personnel.

In case of emergency, the signage and instructions of the establishment's staff must be followed.

Any incident that may affect the safety of people or facilities must be reported immediately.
12. MAINTENANCE AND INCIDENTS
Any breakdown, malfunction or abnormal operation must be reported to the establishment's staff as soon as possible.
It is not permitted to carry out repairs, tamper with installations or modify equipment on your own.
13. TOBACCO AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS
Tobacco
Smoking is not allowed inside the establishment.
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace designated for this purpose.
The containers intended for depositing cigarette butts must be used.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
14. PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LOST ITEMS
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
It is recommended to use the individual lockers available and keep them closed when the room is unoccupied.
Any found item must be handed over to the establishment's staff.
The loss of personal belongings should be reported as soon as possible.
15. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
Guests have access to official Complaint and Claim Forms .
The establishment also has the Hoj@ system of the Junta de Andalucía and the corresponding identification sign with QR code.
Claims may be submitted in accordance with the procedure established by current regulations.
